PAYMENT INTEGRATION PLATFORM

One platform to connect, monitor and reconcile your payment accounts

Hewett Payments UK Ltd builds account-management and reporting software for businesses that take payments online. Connect the payment accounts you already hold, follow every transaction in a single dashboard, and keep your records ready for reconciliation — while payment processing, identity verification and settlement continue to be carried out by your payment provider.

The six things our platform does for you

Each module covers a defined part of the day-to-day work that comes with taking payments online. Nothing here moves money — the platform gives your team visibility, records and controls around the payment accounts you connect.

Card payment being taken on a payment terminal

Account Connection

Bring the payment accounts your business already holds into one place and see at a glance whether each connection is healthy.

Transaction Monitoring

A single feed of transactions across connected accounts, filterable by status, date or amount so nothing sits unnoticed.

Order fulfilment desk

Order Management

Keep orders and their payment records side by side, so support and finance work from the same picture.

Financial charts and reporting on screen

Refunds & Payment Status

Track refund requests and payment states without losing the audit trail that finance needs later.

Business Reporting

Turn raw transaction data into the period summaries your accountant and board actually ask for.

Integration & Onboarding

Practical help getting connected: technical guidance, configuration review and support through go-live.

From sign-up to day-to-day running

Four steps, and your team has one place to work from. Most businesses are running within a few working days of the kick-off call.

STEP 1
Step one: register your business

Register your business

Tell us about the company and the payment accounts you want to bring together. We confirm scope, agree commercials and set up your workspace.

STEP 2
Step two: connect your payment accounts

Connect your payment accounts

Your team authorises each connection. Where a provider exposes an API we connect directly; where it does not, we agree an alternative with you.

STEP 3
Step three: configure your dashboard

Configure your dashboard

Choose the reports, alerts and statuses that matter to your business, and set which team members see which accounts.

STEP 4
Step four: run your operations

Run your operations

Monitor transactions, manage orders and refunds, and produce period reports — all from the same workspace, every day.

THE PLATFORM

Built for teams working with more than one payment provider

Most growing businesses end up with payments spread across several providers — an online gateway, a card reader, a marketplace payout. Each one has its own dashboard and its own export. Our software pulls those threads together so that finance, support and operations see the same picture without asking each other for screenshots.

Security and compliance, stated plainly

We would rather describe exactly what we do than make claims we cannot evidence. Here is the honest version of how the platform handles your data and where the boundaries sit.

Access control

Named users, role-based permissions and separate access per connected account. Access is removed when a team member leaves.

Data protection

Data is encrypted in transit, held on UK/EU infrastructure, and retained only as long as your agreement requires. We follow UK GDPR obligations for the data we hold as a controller.

Third-party roles

Payment processing, identity verification and settlement are performed by the relevant third-party payment providers. We do not handle funds at any point.

Record keeping

Transaction, refund and status history is retained inside the platform so you can evidence what happened, and when, during a reconciliation or dispute.

PAYMENTS & SETTLEMENTS

You always know where a payment stands

The platform reads the transaction records created by your payment provider and turns them into something your team can act on: which payments are authorised, which are still pending, which have been refunded, and what is still waiting to land in your bank account. Money itself continues to move between you, your customers and your payment provider — our software records and reports on it.

Connects to the systems you already run

Connections are made through documented APIs and, where a provider does not offer one, through agreed file-based imports. Your development team gets a written integration path before work starts.

Built around how payment teams actually work

Finance, support and operations look at the same records from different angles. The platform gives each of them the view they need, without a spreadsheet being emailed around.

Questions we are asked before onboarding

A short selection from our FAQ. If your question is not here, ask us directly.

We provide software: a dashboard and account-management tools that connect to payment accounts you already hold. We are not a payment provider. We do not process payments, hold funds or settle money. Those activities are carried out by the third-party payment providers you have accounts with.
Yes. You keep your existing provider relationship. If you are still choosing a provider, we can explain what the platform needs from an API before you decide.
Payment processing, identity verification and settlement are performed by the relevant third-party payment providers. Funds move between you, your customers and those providers — never through us.
Subscriptions start at £29 per month (Starter) and rise to £129 per month (Finance); Enterprise is priced on application. Any usage-based element is agreed in writing before you commit. Full tier details are on our Pricing page.
Typically a few working days from kick-off, depending on how quickly account connections can be authorised and whether an integration is required.
Yes. You can disconnect accounts and export your records. Termination terms are set out in our terms of service.
