FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often during evaluation and onboarding. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will answer in writing.

Platform and roles

We provide software: a dashboard and account-management tools that connect to payment accounts you already hold. We are not a payment provider. We do not process payments, hold funds, settle funds or carry out money transmission. Those activities are performed by the third-party payment providers you have accounts with.
Yes. You keep your existing provider relationship and any accounts you already hold. If you are still choosing a provider, we can explain what the platform needs from an API so you can factor that into your decision.
Payment processing, identity verification and settlement are performed by the relevant third-party payment providers. Funds move between you, your customers and those providers — they never pass through us, and we do not hold or control them at any point.
The platform is operated from the United Kingdom and is designed for businesses trading in the UK and the EU. Connections depend on the payment providers you use and the availability of a suitable API or reporting feed in your region. Tell us where you trade and we will confirm what is possible.

Connecting and integrating

Where your provider exposes a documented API, we connect directly with authorisation from your team. If you run your own systems, your developers receive endpoint documentation and a data model description. Providers without a public API are handled through an agreed file-based import, which requires no development work.
Subscriptions start at £29 per month (Starter) and rise to £129 per month (Finance); Enterprise is priced on application. Any usage-based element is agreed in writing before you commit. Full tier details are on our Pricing page.

Data, support and commercials

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, held on UK/EU infrastructure, and accessible only to named users with the permissions you assign. We retain records only as long as your agreement requires and follow UK GDPR duties for the data we hold as a controller. Our Security & Compliance page sets this out in detail.
In most cases, yes. We bring order and customer records alongside their payment history, either through the platform APIs or through agreed imports. The integration page lists the system types we commonly connect to.
Support is provided by our UK-based team, with a named contact assigned during onboarding. Technical questions during an integration go to the same team, who coordinate with your developers.
Yes. You can disconnect connected accounts and export your records. Termination terms, including notice periods and what happens to your data, are set out in our terms of service.

Our role and limits

No. We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the parties needed to operate the service, such as our hosting infrastructure, and only as described in our privacy policy.
No, and we do not claim to be. We are a software provider. Payment services are supplied by the third-party payment providers you hold accounts with, under their own authorisations.
